Yes. Enterprise content is produced with AI assistance and reviewed by ERA’s professional team before final delivery.
Provide clear original files. Speaker content requires complete, intelligible audio, speaker names, and the corresponding agenda. Capture and file requirements are shared in advance.
Regular videos and content kits are delivered within 24 hours once all usable materials and required information are uploaded and the brief is confirmed. Live Photo is typically available for viewing within 5–10 minutes of successful upload, depending on connectivity and volume. Publication requires your approval if that option is selected.
Yes, by advance arrangement. Some projects can receive a first video in approximately three hours once all materials are available. Timing and fees must be confirmed beforehand.
Choose from ERA’s licensed music or provide music you hold the appropriate rights to use. ERA does not purchase licenses for requested songs.
Yes, with Enterprise. Provide names, reference photos, and content priorities in advance. Revision rounds and footage search scope are agreed per project. Standard does not include these services.
Yes. Designated reviewers can approve photos before publication. Galleries support password protection, and authorized administrators can hide or delete images.

Standard is designed for corporate gatherings, community events, birthday parties, and private celebrations with up to 100 attendees, lasting half a day or one day, with content captured on phones.
Each package includes 30–50 selected and edited photos, one 30-second event recap video, and an online gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing.
Standard is purchased as a fixed package per event. Pricing and deliverables are shown before payment. Each package covers one event that meets Standard’s requirements.

Keep your lens clean, hold your phone steady, and use good lighting. Capture people, interactions, and key moments. Record steady short clips and avoid frequent zooming or rapid movement.
Yes. Friends and attendees can contribute phone-captured content to the same event. Combined uploads must stay within that event’s capacity limits.
No app is required. Select ‘Create Event’ on the website, enter your event details, purchase a package, and upload your content after the event.
Standard supports post-event uploads only. Choose Enterprise if you need live uploads and delivery during your event.
Each event allows up to 1 GB of photos and 5 GB of source videos. Reduce your uploads or choose Enterprise if you exceed these limits. Multiple orders or accounts cannot be used to bypass them.
ERA adjusts lighting, exposure, and color, and crops photos to improve composition. Backlit images are enhanced where possible. Unusable photos, such as severely blurred or badly exposed shots, are excluded.
You can use the photo selection and editing service. Upload phone videos if you want live-action footage in your recap. For photo-only uploads, the video format follows the package description.
Capture clear photos and clips of the people and moments that matter. Standard selects content automatically; it does not include searches for specific individuals or guarantee that everyone will appear.
You can submit multiple organization names and logos in the brand section for display within the standard template. Custom brand layouts are not included.
Delivery is within 24 hours of clicking ‘Start Processing’ after all required materials have been uploaded. This includes AI processing and human review.
Yes. Download the photos and video to post on your social accounts, or share the gallery link.
Share the gallery link by email, group chat, or your event platform’s messaging tools. You can also download and send individual files.
Exclude any material that should not be processed or displayed before uploading, and review the results before sharing. Standard does not include video re-editing to remove specific individuals.

Yes. You can create your event first and add brand assets later. Submit them before clicking ‘Start Processing’ so they can be included in production.
Each new user can use a referral code once. You can share your own code with multiple people. When a referred user successfully uses it, reward credits are automatically added to your account. There is no cap on cumulative referral rewards.
ERA’s selection approach draws on more than a decade of event content experience. It follows the event flow, prioritizing on-stage speakers and key moments while also capturing the overall atmosphere, audience interactions, and group photos.
Providing an agenda helps the system understand the program and sequence. Without one, ERA organizes and selects content in capture-time order, excluding clearly unusable material.
